Heute möchten wir uns bei @voxeljet bedanken. Ihre 3D-Drucktechnologie, basierend auf dem Binder-Jetting-Verfahren, ermöglicht es komplexe Formen aus Sand innerhalb kürzester Zeit herzustellen. Es ist jedoch nicht nur die kurze Fertigungszeit von Vorteil, sondern auch dass sich die gedruckten Formen auf Wunsch sogar in Wasser auflösen können. Das ermöglicht eine enorme Freiheit in der Gestaltung des Aerodynamikpaket, da manche komplexe Faserverbundbauteile sonst nicht wie gewünscht umsetzbar wären. Today we would like to thank @voxeljet. Their 3D printing technology, based on the binder jetting process, makes it possible to produce complex shapes from sand within a very short time. However, it is not only the short production time that is an advantage, but also that the printed shapes can even dissolve in water if desired. This allows enormous freedom in the design of the aerodynamics package, as some complex fiber composite components would otherwise not be feasible as desired.
